What is ARTOTEL Circle?

ARTOTEL Circle is a loyalty program designed by ARTOTEL Group for valued members. ARTOTEL Circle members will receive exclusive benefits, ability to earn points after every transaction and activity, made and then can be redeemed for exclusive rewards.


What are the requirements to join the ARTOTEL Circle?

We require a valid email address to become a member.


How do I join the ARTOTEL Circle?

To join the ARTOTEL Circle, please register your valid email address on our website or through our Receptionist in any ARTOTEL across Indonesia by following these steps:

Website:

  1. Go to {ARTOTEL Circle link}
  2. Click on “Register”.
  3. Fill in your First Name, Last Name, Password and valid email.
  4. Click on “Register”.
  5. Activation email will be sent to your email.
  6. Click the Activation Link.
  7. Congratulations, you are now a part of the ARTOTEL Circle!

Receptionist:

  1. Ask the receptionist to become apart of the ARTOTEL Circle Member.
  2. Give a valid email address to the Receptionist.
  3. Receptionist will register your data to our system.
  4. Activation email will be sent to your email.
  5. Click the activation Link.
  6. Congratulations, you are now part of ARTOTEL Circle!

How does this loyalty Program work?

For each stay at any of the ARTOTEL hotels you will receive points as soon as you checkout or within 24 hours - if technical issues arise. You will receive 1 point for every IDR 10,000 spent. The points can be redeemed for exclusive rewards.


Do I get points from my F&B’s transaction in ARTOTEL Establishment?

Sorry! For now, ARTOTEL Circle points are calculated only for hotel stays.


How much does it cost to join the ARTOTEL Circle?

It is totally free to join the ARTOTEL Circle!


If I join the ARTOTEL Circle Loyalty Program, when will I receive my membership Card?

A Circle Loyalty Program can be accessed online.


Where can I use this membership?

You can use your ARTOTEL Circle membership at all of the participating ARTOTEL establishments throughout Indonesia.


What are the benefits as an ARTOTEL Circle member?

There are different benefits depending on your membership level. For a list of benefits please visit https://artotelcircle.com/benefits/.


How many levels of memberships are there and what do I need to do, to achieve the higher level membership?

There are 4 levels of memberships in ARTOTEL Circle, which are Silver, Gold, Black &Infinite.
These are the requirements to achieve each tier:

Tier Requirement
Silver Join the ARTOTEL Circle.
Gold 5 nights stay or spend at least IDR 5,000,000 cumulatively in a year.
Black 15 nights stay or spend at least IDR 15,000,000 cumulatively in a year.
Infinite Invitation only.

When you reach the nights or spending qualification, your membership will automatically be upgraded. The Infinite level is accessible by invitations only. Once you have achieved a certain tier, you can maintain your tier by reaching a spending base on the tier’s minimum requirement each year, otherwise your tier will be downgraded to the next year.


How do I check my transactions?

You will be able to see your transactions and also your total points from all of your visits, and spendings at any ARTOTEL establishment by following these steps:

  1. Go to login section {ARTOTEL Circle login link}
  2. Login with your registered email and password.
  3. Click “Transaction”.

When will my transactions get displayed in my account?

Most of the time you will get your points right away after checking out; however, please wait for 24 hours in case there are technical issue.


How to change my account password?

You will be able to change your account password by following these steps:

  1. Go to login section {ARTOTEL Circle login link}.
  2. Login with your registered email and password.
  3. Click on “Edit Profile” below your profile picture.
  4. Click on “Change Password”.
  5. Enter your new password and click save.

What should I do if I forgot the password to my account?

If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one by following these steps:

  1. Go to login section {ARTOTEL Circle login link}
  2. Click on “Forget Password?”
  3. Enter your registered email address and then click on “Confirm”.
  4. You will receive an auto-reply email that allows you to change your password
  5. Most of the time you will get your points right away after checking out; however, please wait for 24 hours in case there are technical issue.

Will my account have an expiration date?

No, your ARTOTEL Circle account does not have an expiration date.


My level has been downgraded. How do I maintain my level?

We would like to inform you that the ARTOTEL Circle Loyalty Program will do an adjustment for Gold & Black level on every April 1st. To maintain your current tier, please keep in mind that you must meet the minimum requirements, relative to your tier. For gold tier, it is 5 nights or IDR 5,000,000 and for Black level is it 15 nights or IDR 15,000,000.


How to earn points?

Every time you spend or stay at any of the ARTOTEL establishments, you will receive points on your spending. You will receive 1 point for every IDR 10,000 spent. The points can be redeemed for exclusive rewards.


How do I check my points?

You will be able to see your transactions and also your total points from all of your visits, and spendings at all of the ARTOTEL establishments by following these steps:

  1. Go to login section {ARTOTEL Circle login link}
  2. Login with your registered email and password.
  3. Your points will appear on “Profile” section.
  4. To see your points earning history, you can click on “Transaction”.

How do the points calculate based on my transactions?

Points earned will be based on the subtotal of your hotel rooms transaction excluding tax & services.


Can I purchase Points?

Sorry, for now, we do not sell points.


Do the points I have collected expire?

Yes, the points that you have collected will expire if you do not earn or redeem points within 12 months of your latest earning or redemption.
For example: if you collect 500 points on October 13th 2019 and do not earn or redeem any points until October 13th 2020, the 500 points will expire on October 13th 2020. You can track your points earned or redeemed by following these steps:

  1. Go to login section {ARTOTEL Circle login link}.
  2. Login with your registered email and password.
  3. Click on “Transaction”.

Is someone else allowed to earn points using my ARTOTEL Circle account?

You are fully responsible for your ARTOTEL Circle account information. Points can be earned by anyone giving a valid email address or member ID.


Can someone else use my ARTOTEL Circle Points?

Only our members can enjoy the benefits of collecting points and each member has full responsibility over their account information and the security of their ARTOTEL Circle account.


Can my ARTOTEL Circle points be exchanged for cash or transferred to another ARTOTEL Circle account?

No, your points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another ARTOTEL Circle account.


Can I earn points by booking multiple rooms?

Yes. As long as all of the rooms are checked-in by the same registered member, points will be collected by the customer who is checking in.


How many rooms can be calculated into points per visit at a participating Hotel?

Members can earn Points for up to 10 guest rooms on the same stay date at a participating hotel when:

  1. Each room is paid by the member and all charges (Daily Available rate) are settled at the check-out.
  2. At least one room is occupied by the member.

How do I figure out of how many points are needed for a free stay at a hotel?

You can see how many points you need for a free stay by visiting our rewards catalog by following these steps:

  1. Go to login section {ARTOTEL Circle login link}.
  2. Login with your registered email and password.
  3. Click on ‘’Rewards’’. In this section, you can see how many points you need to redeem a free stay in a selected hotel or view other rewards.

Can I use my points for rewards other than hotel stays?

Sorry, for now, your points are only eligible to redeem for hotel stays only.


How do I redeem my points?

The points that you have collected, can be redeemed for exclusive rewards. You can redeem your Points for a hotel stay or other rewards by following these steps:

  1. Go to login section {ARTOTEL Circle login link}.
  2. Login with your registered email and password.
  3. Click on ‘’Rewards’’. In this section, you can see how many points you need to redeem a free stay at a selected hotel.
  4. Click on Redeem.

What is an Arrival Gift Benefit?

Arrival Gift is an exclusive benefit for Black & Infinite level only. During the stay, Black & Infinite members will get a welcoming gift/any VIP treatments which depending on the hotel standards.


How do i make use of the Late Check-Out benefit??

To make use of the Late Check-Out benefit, members must inform the receptionist and receive a confirmation. As this benefit is based on room availability, the receptionist needs to check the room availability first. Only Black and Infinite members are eligible for late check-out benefits.


How do I make use of the Room Upgrade benefit?

To make use of the Room Upgrade benefit, members must inform the receptionist and receive a confirmation. As this benefit is based on room availability, the receptionist needs to check the room availability first.


Can I use all of my benefits on the same day?

Yes. You can use all of your available benefits on the same day. Please note that there are terms & conditions for many benefits.


Can I combine bank promotion or other offers with the promotion of ARTOTEL Rewards Membership Program?

No, you cannot combine other offers with the ARTOTEL Circle Loyalty Program offers, but you still can collect the points through your transactions. You may choose only one of the promotions.
